If you’re looking for a home on Longboat Key, we think you’ll agree that the Promenade is a wonderful place to live.
The Promenade Condominium is comprised of 6½ acres of park-like property, situated on the Gulf of Mexico. We have one of the largest pools on the Key and a lovely spa overlooking the beach. Four Har-Tru tennis courts are available for day and evening play. We provide lush, tropical grounds for our owners and guests to enjoy. We have over 600 feet of health club facilities. Our party rooms, the Sunrise Room and Sunset Room, are always available for private parties, special events, and get-togethers of all types.
Of our 112 units, approximately one quarter are year-round residents. Rentals are limited to twice a year with a three-month minimum.
The Promenade is a gated community with 24-hour security. Our full-service concierge staff is available seven days a week. Our in-house maintenance and housekeeping staff keep the property in tip-top shape.
